Officer and Good Samaritan Save Baby Who Stopped Breathing

A frantic mother rushed to a police officer for help when her child stopped breathing on a train platform. It happened in Mesa, Arizona, and Officer Shaquille Perez says he was in the right place at the right time. Perez was at the station handling another incident when this situation arose.
