Two people were arrested after breaching security at Mar-a-Lago, President Donald Trump’s resort in Florida, on Friday.

Florida Highway Patrol officers were in pursuit of a black SUV when the vehicle headed toward two security points at the resort in Palm Beach.

“The SUV breached both security check points heading towards the main entrance,” the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office said in a statement.

“Officials (still trying to determine) discharged their firearms at the vehicle. The vehicle fled while being pursued by FHP and PBSO helicopter.”

The vehicle was located and two people were taken into custody, the sheriff’s office said.

Officials planned to hold a press conference at 3 p.m. regarding the incident.
