Police in Winter Garden are investigating a deadly shooting inside of a neighborhood.

Police said Jestin McMurphy, 21, has died after he was shot around 6:20 p.m. Tuesday on Klondike Street.
When officers arrived, they found McMurphy laying in the road and suffering from a gunshot wound.

He was taken to a hospital for treatment where he died, police said.
Investigators said they believe the shooting was a result from a disturbance from earlier in the day.
Police said they are working to identify his killer.

No other details were released by law enforcement.

Police in Winter Garden are working an active crime scene Wednesday morning.
The large police response started Tuesday night near downtown Winger Garden at Klondike Avenue and 9th Street.

Along with police at the scene were fire rescue crews and a crime scene investigation van.
