Dominion Spokesman: Company Didn’t ‘Switch Votes’ From Trump to Biden

Pair Sentenced for Nebraska Pharmacy Fire Bomb Plot

ALEXANDRIA鈥擜 Nebraska pharmacist was sentenced Friday to nine years in prison and a Maryland drug dealer to 14 years for a convoluted plot to firebomb a competing pharmacy so they could divert more prescription narcotics to the black market. William Burgamy, 33, of Hanover, Maryland, and Hyrum Wilson, 41 of Auburn, Nebraska, each pleaded guilty to their respective roles in the conspiracy earlier this year in federal court in Virginia. Federal agents arrested Burgamy in April and charged him with running a website on the internet black market called NeverPressedRx that sold hundreds of thousands dollars’ worth of illicit drugs. After his arrest, authorities discovered the firebomb plot to destroy the rival pharmacy so Wilson’s operation, Hyrum鈥檚 Family Value Pharmacy, could increase its business. The pair figured the increased volume…

Dominion Spokesman: Company Didn’t ‘Switch Votes’ From Trump to Biden

A spokesman for Dominion Voting Systems told Fox News on Sunday that the firm didn’t participate in a scheme to overturn the election.

“No, this is a non-partisan American company,” Michael Steel told Fox News in a bid to dispute claims made by Trump team lawyer Sidney Powell and others. “It is not physically possible for our machines to switch votes from one candidate to the other,” referring to President Donald Trump’s claims of voter fraud.

“There is no way such a massive fraud could have taken place,” he said. “And there are no connections between our company and Venezuela, Germany, Barcelona,” or elsewhere. Steel said that the electronic vote can be audited via a paper trail.

Dominion Voting Systems, in an earlier statement, also disputed claims that it does not allow its employees to “access to the adjudication system” and don’t “operate it.”

“The canvass process exists to allow election officials to validate and count ballots that were unable to be counted on Election Day because they needed additional adjudication,” the Toronto, Canada-based company said in a statement. “Access to any adjudication system resides with the election authority using it. The system is controlled through secure and verifiable user accounts, and all voter intent adjustments are securely logged in the system and then recorded in the digital image of the ballot.”

It came as Powell promised a significant lawsuit in the coming weeks.

“We have evidence now of information from the systems going to three or four different foreign countries during the time of the election, those countries themselves could have watched the live votes come in and changed the numbers,” said Powell last week on Fox Business, referring to Dominion and Smartmatic. “There’s significant evidence of foreign interference from the worst communist countries on the Earth with our election.”

Smartmatic and Dominion have denied having any organizational or financial ties.

Powell added that her team has “got all kinds of evidence that is mathematically irrefutable by experts, including three professors at Princeton, and it all proves the same thing, the evidence of individual poll watchers who saw votes come in, saw the machines manipulated.”

And in a press conference last week, Powell alleged there is a transnational conspiracy involving the “influence of communist money” from countries including Cuba, Venezuela, and “likely China” to overturn the presidential race via election software. The longtime lawyer, who represented Lt. Gen. Michael Flynn, then called on the Department of Justice to launch a criminal investigation.

Powell also made reference to a sworn affidavit from a whistleblower who worked in a Venezuelan military detail close to former leader Hugo Chavez, who said that elections “software and fundamental design of the electronic electoral system and software of Dominion and other election tabulating companies relies upon software that is a descendant of the Smartmatic Electoral Management System.” Dominion and Smartmatic have denied ties to each other as well as ties to the Venezuelan government, although Smartmatic was created in Venezuela years ago.
