Residents in ‘Closed-Off’ Communities in Dalian Are Running out of Food

Local authorities in China’s northeastern Dalian city announced a new CCP virus outbreak on July 23. Authorities claimed that the Kaiyang seafood company was the source of this round of new infections. Communities in Dalian Bay, where the seafood company is located, have been designated as high-risk areas and are now under lockdown, which authorities refer to as “closed-off management.”
